September is here already. It is the ninth month of the year and has 30 days. Sapphire is the birthstone and Forget-me-not is the flower. Not only have we been living the Covid 19 life since late February, but as it has dragged on all of a sudden, it is September. The leaves are changing in the North and Fall is coming on the 22nd of this month. For sure, I am praying for relief from the humidity and heat.

Superfit Kidz is a non-profit 501c3 educational organization serving the needs of children of all ages. SuperFit Kidz foundation was established in 2008 as a children’s nutritional awareness and exercise program that promotes a healthy lifestyle through unique physical activities, nutritional programs and events. SuperFit Kidz both manages, implements and sells signature programs targeting children and families, organized youth groups, accredited schools, healthcare professionals, fitness facilities and health insurance companies.
